GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations), Privacy Statement.
Introduction
The GDPR came into effect on 25th May 2018 and Redhead Freight Limited aims to be fully compliant with the requirements of these Regulations. This Privacy Statement will inform you how and why we collect and process personal information and the rights you have under the GDPR.

Personal information is any information that relates to an individual and can be used to identify that individual. This can include name, email address, telephone number and mobile telephone number, and financial information to allow payments to be made.
How We Use The Information
We use the information collected to perform the duties for which you have engaged us-for example to process quotes and/or orders, manage your account, for the provision of services to you, and to keep you advised of additional/new services which we believe will be of interest to you.
When We Share Information
We share this information internally only, or with trusted third parties in order to execute the requirements of the contract or where we have a legal obligation to do so.
Information Security & Technical and Organizational Measures
We take the privacy and security of individuals and their personal information very seriously. We have information security policies and procedures in place to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures.
How Long We Keep Information
We only keep information as long as is required to execute the services we provide or as long as we may be legally required to do so. After this period, the information is securely destroyed.
Your Right Of Access To Information
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. If you believe it is incorrect you have the right for it to be corrected. You may also request the removal of personal information, however, where holding this information is a legal requirement, or where it is required for the execution of the contract with you, we reserve the right to deny such requests.
